MAKING A BOOKING

The minimum five (5) night
package is available from Friday 20th February, 2009 to Wednesday
25th February, 2009
and includes breakfast (Full American or Caribbean breakfast).

A twenty-five percent (25%)
deposit will be required to obtain a reservation. |

Bookings will be confirmed upon
receipt of FULL PAYMENT of the five (5) night package (including tax).
ONLY
UPON RECEIPT OF FULL PAYMENT WILL THE RESERVATION BE GUARANTEED.
All additional nights must be paid in full by 31st December, 2008.

ROOM PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Guaranteed Reservations :

Bookings will be confirmed only
upon receipt of full payment of the five (5) night package
(i.e.) Friday 20th February to Wednesday 25th February, 2009.

A twenty-five percent (25%)
non-refundable deposit will be required to obtain a non-guaranteed reservation. Full payment is
required on or before December 31st, 2008. |
|
All payments made towards carnival
bookings are non-refundable. |
Non-guaranteed Reservations:

The
Hotel reserves the right to cancel bookings which are not fully paid by December 31st, 2008.
